Terrific read for any business owner

This is really a terrific book for people who own successful businesses. It's not overly technical and I was able to read the book over the course of a weekend. It is filled with valuable insight about how to prepare for sale, the selling process and successful negotiating. Also, given the author's breadth of experience, it is peppered with actual stories of successful transactions that she has navigated. Even if you aren't planning on selling soon, this book is definitely worth reading.
