Interestingly speaking, the first to evaluate this Diamond stone, it is a rare jewelary to find, actually i purchased this book in 1993, read it as an intern, then i forgot about it, tell April 2003 where i found it by luck betwenn a larg groub of old books i had..while preparing for my Canadian Board, it is a real jewelary that make you understand the real basics in an Oral Board Format that can be used by all levels of professionals, a medical student .. a resident .. board review and a practicing Neurosurgeon, I read it again befor my oral certification for the american board, i wrote lots of notes on it, it is the skeleton, wish that Dr.Solomon to make a new edition and i will be so happy to provide all my notes written on it to get this jewelary out of the box !!
