Carson Promise
By: KC Wardell
Fifteen-year-old Rustin Carson is the target of a brutal assault and his victimization triggers a series of conflicts and sufferings which affects his whole family, himself, and the way all who witness it will come to view the world. Especially for Rustin's twin brother Zack, with whom Rustin shares a telepathic-like experience of communication and visualization, the issues and problems-legal and emotional-brought to light by the violent encounter demand probing, clarification, recognition and working out.
A story submerged in guilt; the struggle to survive, and the idea that hope is always within reach. Four young men and a single father deal with the vicious assault of one of their own. Survival, hope, and each other are all they can rely on in, Carson Promise.
