my boy is a car freak!

This is one of my son's favorite books. Started reading it to him when he was 6 months old! Loves it, and I don't mind reading it over and over!

Not your average "car" book

I checked this out at the library for my 2 year old son...he is very into cars and other forms of transportation. He loved it so much we wound up checking it out for a few months! I am now purchasing it for his third birthday. I think the appeal has to do with the silliness (dogs driving cars on some pages) the word rhythms, and the retro art, which makes it fun for adults as well. It even has a page that labels some basic car parts. This is a book that I know he will love for a long time!
