CARICOM comprises 15 member states (Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago) as well as five Associate members (Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos Islands). Despite the fact that CARICOM's members are relatively small with regard to both size and population, numerous significant economic differences can indeed be observed among them.
