Career X Roads - a view from a HR Pro

I've been involved with recruiting/sourcing/hiring for more than 25 years, and this is simply the best overview of job sites and job search information available. It is a "must have" for those individuals searching for a new job or career, and a resource of "best practices" in Internet Search job sites.

While it is not possible to publish a totally updated listing of this type (due to constant turnover), it is nevertheless a helpful listing of many of the major sites used by job seekers and recruiting entities. A well spring of useful information

The information is presented in a very readable and understandable style. If you are searching for expert answers and resources both free and paid are presented here. This is soooooooo good I can not stop reading, searching and refering back to it. If anyone really calls themselves a Professional Recruiter they need to have this book as desk side reference.
