It is a "must have" for those individuals searching for a new job or career, and a resource of "best practices" in Internet Search job sites.

The information is presented in a very readable and understandable style. If you are searching for expert answers and resources both free and paid are presented here. This is soooooooo good I can not stop reading, searching and refering back to it. If anyone really calls themselves a Professional Recruiter they need to have this book as desk side reference.
