A WINNER

A COMPLETE WINNER!! I looked up for Indian cookbooks at the library and I am so glad I picked this book. The title drew me to it (coz afterall not all indian dishes have cardamom!!). Simon Morris shares his favourite recipes that he picked up throughout his travel & work in India. I tried the Chili fried Prawns from this book & my husband said 'It is the most delicious prawn i've ever eaten.' Most of the recipes I tried are delicious. Now, it is a wonderful addition to my repetorie. Happy Eating to All!!
