Car Drops 2: The Take Over

By Jeff Mills

They thought changing the law would stop the chase.
They didn't realize it would create something smarter.
Fourteen-year-old Aquelez "Q" Fuentes isn't just a car thief anymore-he's a strategist. A ghost in the system. When Zoey's Law reshapes police pursuits across Prince George's County, Q adapts faster than anyone expects, turning a street hustle into a quiet empire that stretches from Baltimore to overseas buyers.
But power brings pressure.
As international money closes in, loyalty fractures, and law enforcement tightens its grip without ever hitting the sirens, Q finds himself trapped between two worlds: criminals who want control and authorities who need him to prevent something far worse. With his closest ally in danger and the system he built threatening to implode, Q must make the most dangerous move of his life-not to take over, but to shut it all down without setting the streets on fire.
CAR DROPS 2: THE TAKE OVER is a gripping, high-stakes crime thriller about intelligence over impulse, survival without pursuit, and what happens when a kid outgrows the streets before the streets are done with him.
In a world where nobody chases anymore,
the smartest players don more damage standing still.
Sometimes the only way to win...
is to disappear.
