Capsized is a social-justice play telling the story of Lee (an Ivy League graduate and career artist) who suddenly disappears. Her childhood soul-mate, Tyler, sets out to find her and discovers Lee has been capsized into homelessness on the streets of Chicago. Together, they propel the audience into a meta-theatrical landscape full of humor, pathos, and unexpected twists and turns. They are desperate to salvage their relationship, learning first-hand how class difference in America creates division, even among the closest of friends.
