Right on the edge of Lalande space lies the planet of Caprivi Delta where a farmer by the name of Rawiri lives. Unbeknownst to the Kuipertonian, however, there is a force loose in the universe that threatens all human life, a force that he unleashed years back when he led the miserable, and often criminal, life of a Master Technician on Kuiper Mining Station. With a wife, a son and a life of contentment to lose, Bob decides that now is the time to confront the ghosts of his past and finally make up for the terrible mistakes he made on the space station.
