Calm as HSP with dissociation

Many people look for it: peace. I am not consciously looking for peace. There are numerous ways to feel temporary peace, such as a long walk in nature. Temporary means that that peace will pass. I know what inner turmoil feels like. I do not yet know yet how inner peace really feels. I know that inner peace exists. Inner peace is permanent. And I know how I can achieve that. It has to do with the processing of my suppressed feelings and emotions. This creates more and more room for positive feelings and emotions. My way of thinking is starting to change more and more, in a positive way. I notice more and more the positive aspects of daily life. The negative sides also just exist, but I'm not busy with that. I know how deep unrest feels since I collapsed in 2007. It is nice to notice that I am experiencing more and more moments of peace, of real, inner peace. I'm increasingly aware of what is in reality. As a result, as HSP and HSS, I am becoming more aware of life. And I now know which factors contribute to my inner peace and satisfaction. Accepting life, as it is, contributes, for an important part, to my sense of inner peace.
