Barely counts as a book.

There's nothing to like about this book. It's scammy as hell. The "book" contains almost no actual content. It has many blank pages, and many advertising pages. There are a few "chapters" that are only a page or 2 in length, a handful of poor-quality pictures and diagrams. It's a cash grab, rather than an actual attempt to impart quality information. They even have a "link" to a free book, but it goes to their even more scammy website, which wants your information in order to access the book promised in the "book" I bought. Please look elsewhere for quality information on stretching and strength.
