Good little cookbook

This book contains some great quick and easy recipes I haven't found elsewhere, like "unrolled" beef and cabbage rolls. All the ingredients of the standard recipe are included, but the ground meat mixture and cabbage leaves are put into the pot separately, so the time-consuming task of rolling it into packets is eliminated. The resulting flavors are much the same as the original.
