The Quick and The Dead

a brilliant and useful introduction to calculus using ti-92 / voyage 200 / ti-89 the step by step introduction of relevant ideas and then the key-press examples quickly reinforce the text, some are DIFFICULT ideas and it has vagaries, but they only inspire interaction in class or action in the individual to RESOLVE and solve them (mathematicians) an easy text once a student is post "pre calculus" I wish Robert Ellis would take more time to write further books using other advanced CAS calc's/PC software but you have to standardise somewhere. I recommend precalulus by rockswold (ti-83/84) then this text (voyage 200/TI-92+/ti-89)
