Best Calculus Primer I've ever seen

I found this book years ago at a used bookstore and I love it. If you're taking calculus and need a supplement, get it. If you have had calculus before and want a review, get it. The first two chapters (first 40 pages) are a very information dense review of Algebra, Trig, and analytic geometry. Then Chapter 3 starts with Calculus Proper. This book largely teaches by examples. Major results are found in the form of proofs (It's not a proof-heavy work, but just enough to teach you how calculus proofs are done) and then they are expanded upon by copious, well thought out examples (all fully worked out). Topics include Sequences and Limits, Differentiation (with many applications -graphing, related rates, approximation methods with differentials, optimization problems, etc...), Methods of Integration, Improper Integrals, areas between curves, arc lengths, Calculating areas and volumes of solids of revolution and/or known cross section, calculating work, pressure, centroids, moments of inertia, etc.., numerical methods of integration, partial differentiation, the directional derivative, vectors, power series, taylor series, and a lot more. Each section also has a good selection of additional problems with answers. This book can be found used for a very low price now, you can't beat its value if you're looking to learn calculus.
