English summary: Brushing aside nearly twenty centuries of history, this book brings together extensive and for the most part unpublished documentation of Egyptian amphorae and their counterparts imported into Egypt. The goals given to the authors of the various papers of this Cahier de la ceramique egyptienne were to identify and characterize these amphorae, to measure the extent of their diffusion both withing and outside the borders of Egypt and to provide a panorama of Mediterranean imports into Egypt. The first part entitled "Egypt's Amphorae" contains studies compiled per site and region of Egypt. The second part, "Dissemination of Egyptian amphorae", draws together studies on Egyptian amphorae consumption centers outside Egypt. "Around Amphorae", the third part includes papers referring to the Egyptian amphora and its representation in the coroplathy, its content, its use in architecture or funeral service. Les identifier et les caracteriser, mesurer l'ampleur de leur diffusion tant a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur des frontieres de l'Egypte, esquisser un panorama des importations mediterraneennes en Egypte, tels etaient les objectifs donnes aux auteurs des differents articles de ce Cahier de la ceramique egyptienne.
