Butterfly Love from Above

Butterfly Love from Above is a sweet and heartwarming story about a little girl, Star, who is grieving the loss of her beloved best friend and butterfly, Twinkle. Little Star has to learn how to deal with life without her friend she dearly loved and misses so much. As she moves forward, she learns and discovers joy again by helping others. I really liked this tale and admired Star’s courage in turning to those who are, also, dealing with their own hard times. I loved reading how she was able to find happiness by bringing it for those who are needing it, as well. A beautifully written book to read. It may be mainly for readers between the ages of four and eight, but many, young and old alike, will enjoy it too. I loved it. Butterfly Love from Above is beautifully illustrated by the talented artist, Kate Solenova. I thought the pictures were a perfect addition to the story. They are so colorful and bright that helps little ones to follow along with the words. I am giving Butterfly Love from Above five stars. It would make a great gift for young readers who are grieving a loss. I would love to read more books about Star and other life lessons she learns in the future. I received a soft cover copy of Butterfly Love from Above from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.
