James E.Anderson began his career in Boulder, Colorado in the early 1970s. Individualistic in artistic style and relentlessly multi-tasking. he has tried his hand at a variety of graphical endeavors, from hippie-dippie cartoons to anonymous corporate content production. His Bunkie The Space Kangaroo and other comic strips and editorial cartoons were written and drawn for The Colorado Daily, an alternative newspaper in Boulder. He did illustration and graphic design for a number of Colorado and national newspapers and magazines. He often worked at commercial art and design in a variety of venues in order to make a living. Frackenstein & "True" Tales Of Eco-Disaster were environmental editorial cartoons published online by The Sierra Club in the 2010s. This book also features his Fine Art adjacent illustration in both traditional and digital/photo-art media.
