Over time, I have considered that some of my peculiar approaches can either be seen as great nonsense or as a solid experience and its many scars; always to the public's taste or criticism. In these terms, I accepted the challenge of writing more and more and improving the organization of my ideas, without seeking any vanity or unanimity.This book was born from internal corporate training, in which I presented, for just 1 hour, the conceived infographic that illustrates the cover. It is a book written by those who do management by processes for those who do management by processes: I was careful to name each chapter as a question, as a doubt that someone has already asked me or I believe that they may ask.Thus, I hope to always be able to put myself in the place of the audience; and not on the stage stand.
