Excellent Business Reference

A bit expensive, but the best first-source business reference book I know. Especially good for younger readers because of it's helpful and pleasant graphics, it nonetheless serves adult readers well who just need a quick reminder of the difference between GNP and GDP, what a junk bond is,or how to calculate market value. A tad out of date -- but what reference book isn't?
