Richards and Soldati have written "Business Comes to the Expert" for principals and partners of small or new professional firms who generally get it intuitively, but may not have, as yet, achieved success. The book contains concrete recommendations and management tools that will surely help move them in the right direction. But, the real benefit is its clear, concise reinforcement of fundamental marketing principles organized around an expertise based practice. I highly reccommend it.
