Culture is a set of elements that shape the identity of a people or a community over time. It is the set of values and socio-cultural norms, reflects the conscience of a Nation, obliges to ask itself continuously in what consists its specific character, to search and to consolidate unceasingly its political and spiritual borders answering precisely this process in time and space.The guiding thread of our observation path is to be able to return to the image of Burundian culture (retrospective of the past) as well as its most useful foundations, to balance them in order to be able to understand their state of affairs, sometimes to make synoptic comparisons of the observable socio-cultural phenomena and finally to enter into the logic of mutation in order to understand the march or the dynamicity of the culture in permanent changeThe present issue, depending on the previous one, deals with the theme of Ubushingantahe, its evolution and its different rehabilitations over time.
