Realizing the importance of Incorporating

I have owned several small businesses in the past, partnerships, little stuff out of my home (from homemade jewelry to graphic design)and didn't open my eyes to my vulnerability. What I learned: I have left myself wide open for lawsuits, IRS audits, and paying way too much on taxes. Way too much on taxes!! Here's the skinny on Building Your Financial Fortress, it's not enough to just start a business. You must incorporate and you must incorporate your business in Nevada. Keep your store front just have the paperwork done in NV. Why? Incorporating under NV law protects one's personal assets, if sued. Also, there is NO state tax! NO small business tax! NO ridiculous city, county taxes! But, Building Your Financial Fortress keeps the good news coming with helpful chapters on living trusts, retirement plans, and a comprehensive review of Identity Theft - something I needed insight on and it woke me up like a stepping on a rake. Building Your Financial Fortress is a nice surprise out there. Easy read, no scams, just two people that have done their homework telling the world how you can gain and maintain your wealth!
