Two boys' review: 3-D models are great parent-child projects

My son received this book and Bugs & More Book and 3-D Models (see my review) for his sixth birthday. He had both books open within minutes and spent the rest of the day building 3-D models. This is a great learning toy but you've got to be ready to sit down and play with your child. Some of the models are a little tricky to build (there are instructions, relax) but this is a toy best shared. This book is full of facts about dinosaurs and includes eight models altogether: Tyrannosaurus rex, Eoraptor, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Diplodocus, Plateosaurus, Velociraptor, and Apatosaurus.
