In Heddrick Heights, no one survives to see the age of 22. Not without becoming a flesh-eating, cannibal, cabbage head. In a world not quite our own, 9-year-old Bubblegum has been on her own for a long, long time. She's not the only one. The suburban town is populated by kids running wild in gangs with no parents waiting for them at home.

When the Suicide King, leader of the largest gang in town, starts rounding up cabbage heads with intentions to unleash them in his gladiatorial arena, The Glory Hole, against other kids, he makes a huge mistake. He takes Granny's Sex Tape, Bubblegum's family of cabbage heads -and greatest band in the world- for his twisted games. With her family on the line, Bubblegum tools up with her trusty revolver and mall kiosk katana and steps into The Glory Hole to kill the Suicide King.

After all, cabbage heads are someone's family, too, and if you keep them fed, they aren't all that bad.
