Plot:
Officer Bob Gerard circles back around, checking on a local family, when he sees every light on in the home. Living on the outskirts of town, it was his territory to cover. Knowing the Pastor and his wife, with their eight children, he found it odd that they'd be up late.

Knocking, no one answers, and he enters the home, discovering the entire family slaughtered and dismembered. As he is looking around, he's unaware that the killer is still in the house. He is hit over the head with a sledgehammer.

The killer ties him to the kitchen table, binds him like a hog, and then proceeds to saw his leg off.

Miraculously, Bob is still alive, and the killer makes him call his wife.

Cass Gerard is the local 911 dispatcher on duty and takes the call. She overhears the killer, forcing her husband to tell her that he is dead.

"Cassie honey, I'm dead "

The phone then goes dead.

Bob is sawed in half, their body parts cut off and placed around the home in a vulgar display.

The town and the Police Department are thrown into utter chaos and fear rips through, leaving only shells of panicked residents. A search is in place, but after six months, the Department finds no clues, no leads.

Distraught and morale sinking, the Chief is left to pick up the pieces of his Department. Months pass, and things go silent, but then a single body, here and there, comes up missing or is found.

The killer has a signature: always forces the victims to call a loved one.
The only ones he leaves this signature with are the families.

He kills a single person now and then, trying to throw off the police force.

Mutilated bodies start once again, and the killer is killing large families, mainly those with many daughters.

He has one thrill: to make the father watch him rape his daughters.

While a town erupts in fear and anger, the killer travels the countryside, leaving trails of blood. He's causing parents to panic, and the interstates become exhausted with families on the run.

Finally, a clue is found.

One that was overlooked at the very first murder.

The killer leaves Pez candy wrappers around.
It was always ignored; the police always thought they belonged to the children.

But, finally, one young cop notices that there's just one Pez too many, and this time, he stumbles onto the Pez holder. He can only hope that the killer ejects the candy into his mouth, leaving his trace behind.

Location: Wright City, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas (McCurtain County).
