Brutal Beauty (Yadili)

By: Kiru Taye

She asked the Beast for revenge. He demanded her handn in marriage.

When Daniella Badu's boyfriend vanishes with her money, leaving her facing foreclosure, scandal, and possible prison, she turns to the one man powerful enough to find him: Idehen Cruz.

A retired MMA legend, once known as the Beast, Idehen rules Lori Osa with discipline, loyalty, and fear. He has never forgiven Dani for stealing from him, but he agrees to help on one ruthless condition: she must become his wife.

Trapped in his guarded Braeburn Island home, Dani finds that Idehen's protection comes with rules, surveillance, and a dangerous attraction neither of them can ignore.

But as the Cruz-Falana feud threatens Idehen's son, his empire, and everyone close to him, Dani must decide whether their marriage is a temporary bargain, a weapon, or the one risk that could cost her freedom and her heart.

Brutal Beauty is an age-gap, forced-proximity, Beauty and the Beast retelling set in the Yadili universe. It can be read as a standalone but is best enjoyed after reading Bad Santa.
