Brush with Watercolor: Pun intended!

Terry Harrison is a multitalented artist that has his own line of brushes and at least 4 paints that he uses to make it easy to follow along with him. He doesn't follow the "let's make a masterpiece with 3 colors" school of thought. He uses resist to protect his whites. He loves to add flowers to add interest to the scenes. He is great at teaching how to put water in your scenes, whether it is a stream, lake, waterfall, or puddle in the lane. He starts with the basics of laying a wash, wet on wet painting, and adding life to paintings. Unfortunately, the picture on the front cover isn't in the book as a step by step demonstration, but there are 6 full picture step by step demos in the book and several small demos on how to paint trees, water reflections, skies, and rock walls. It is a great book for a beginner.
