All the Feels and Thought Provoking.

This book is excellently written and it is easy to become invested in the story. It has multiple narrators, each has their own voice, and Neal Shusterman makes it clear who is narrating. Bruiser deals with tough subject matter in ways that can be helpful to younger and older teens. It left me thinking deeply about lessons the characters learned for days. But reading it doesn't feel like you're being spoon fed instructions, it feels epic, romantic, and dangerous. It gave me all the feels and Shusterman is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors.
