The Elder, God of Gods, was blessed with twin sons. As the boys grew, the Elder and his sons created the Mirror Realms. At first the Realms were a sanctuary where they could be free to practice their magic. To the Elder's dismay, the worlds quickly became battlefields upon which his sons would wage their holy wars. The peoples of the Mirror Realms took to calling the twins the Light and the Darkness because they were in constant opposition. In their drive to best the other, droves of followers were slew and even the Elder was murdered by his son's own hand. Not until the Light attempted to burn all the Dark Practitioners from the worlds did the Gods realize a day would come when they needed to be stopped. Born from both their blood, the Gods forged the Brotherhood that Binds. Five men of unknown origins who would be called to protect the people when the Gods were beyond redemption. Since their creation, many a Prophet has warned the Gods when they can expect the Brotherhood to emerge. There will be a final battle, the last time the sons of the Elder will meet each other on the battlefield, and there the Brotherhood will be. Centuries have passed since the Brotherhood was made and, at last, they are being called. The Final Battle is imminent. War is coming. Unfortunately for the Mirror Realms, the Brothers themselves have no idea who they are or the grave destiny awaiting them.
