When nine-year-old Brooklyn plunges headfirst into the ocean, she doesn't predict finding herself in an underwater world of talking sea creatures she has never heard of, befriending a disregarded seahorse, or discovering the joys of underwater living. But she soon realizes the sea is in crisis-an enemy is slowly destroying their kelp forests, and the consequences are dire. As Brooklyn frantically tries to help the sea animals save their home, one thing becomes clear.
