The dust has not yet settled in the aftermath of the Brooklyn Blitz massacre in New York.

In the events that took out part of the New York underworld and a team of undercover police officers, FBI Agent Darby Rice and NYPD Detective Kate Lawson self-appoint themselves judge and jury. Keen to avenge their losses, they form an unlikely alliance. Darby knows who killed the love of her life and Kate knows who the sniper is that killed her prot g and fellow officers.
