all on my own

dancing on the perimeters

there are no rules

writing circles around them

intricate knowledge

dictionary prose and words

end of the universe

round and back again

no time to stop

words just keep flowing

there is no start

no finish line

out there on my own

writing is

best friend of mine

intricate equations

invaluable rhymes

how far can i go

what more can i find

started with a skill

created invention

all on my own

persecuted all intervention

valid ideas

fun and humour to be had

oh and how this writing

made me happy and glad

edge of the universe

across to the other side

doors of perception

passed through again and another time

practice makes progress

no perfection in art

from the day i was born

the day it all did start
