Living on SSI can be one of the worst parts of living poor. Having to fight to survive doing things the right way is hard. I began this venture with a blessing and a lot of prayer. I wanted others to know that eating can be fun, no matter your budget. I am not a pro writer. I am disabled and living with mental illness. Nothing stops me from adding a pot of flavor to my stove. Always remember, food is a blessing God gives to anyone who has the desire to try.
