Follow the continued growth of this unique community with this retrospective which showcases events such as a Grand Army of the Republic celebration (1896), a Chautauqua Festival (1916), sending men off to W.W. I (1918), the building of many churches, and a Carnegie Library. Vivid pictures depict several of the fires which destroyed parts of the town in its early years.
