This work is the first comprehensive priced catalog of these countries since the Higgins & Gage catalogs of the 1960s. This catalog's organization is based on geographic country entities, arranged mostly chronologically. Some countries simply changed names, and their listings continue from one to the other, such as Burma to Myanmar or Ceylon to Sri Lanka. Others, such as Malaysia, include new geographic locations that were annexed, such as northern Borneo Island, and their listings start anew.
