Brioche Cookbook by Susan Sam

I am avid reader of bread cookbooks. I was disappointed with this Brioche Cookbook. It seemed to have been translated (poorly). The instructions were not clear or easy to follow due to the translation. I'm sorry but I can not recommend this book.
