THE NEW TWISTY, GRIPPING READ FROM B.A. PARIS, THE AUTHOR OF THE INSTANT NEW YORK TIMES AND USA TODAY BESTSELLING NOVELS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AND THE BREAKDOWN "We're in a new Golden Age of suspense... This description may be from another edition of this product.
A page-turner that favors melodrama over subtlety...

This book is a quick, engaging, and - at times - frustrating read. It's characters represent social extremes and fall into stereotypical roles that seem unlikely and even unbelievable. But if you overlook the soap-opera cliches, a deeper message about the consequences of unresolved feelings of jealousy, abandonment, and rage can be found within its pages.
Paris leaves the reader wondering what 'true love' really means, where it comes from, and what darkness it can nurture.
Really, really good.

This was my first book from B.A. Paris and it did not disappoint. I loved the story. The conclusion was not quite as good but did not diminish the overall quality of the story.
One word… WOW!

My first read by B.A. Paris was The Prisoner. I wasn't a fan of the book, and thought maybe I'm not a fan of Paris's books. I'm glad I didn't judge the artist by one book, because this story was captivating and engaging.
I felt a strong connection to the characters, that I wasn't able to build with the characters in The Prisoner. I felt myself relating to the main character trying to piece out the truth. The ending left me shocked and in disbelief; I had 4 theories, and none of them equaled to the ending.
Tedious

I’m more than halfway through this book and it is totally BORING 🥱. It just seems to go round and round with so much repetition. Since I do most of my reading at bedtime the only good thing about it is that it puts me to sleep. 😴
Very disappointing as I’ve enjoyed other books by B.A. Paris.
Love the ending !!!

I bought this book after reading behind closed doors because that book was amazing so I had high hopes only to be let down. The book has no real plot it’s so repetitive and just drags on. You keep reading thinking it has to get better. I’m on page 215 and I wish I’d never started this book and can’t wait till it’s finished. I really wanted to like this book
"Bring Me Back"....did just that

This book "brought me back" to the kind of suspense story that carries the reader to the end before revealing the ending....although I had my suspicions, the author provides enough twists and turns to make you want to finish it....to see if you are right...or not! It's a quick, easy read with only a handful of character...and if you haven't read the author's Behind Closed Doors yet....you'll want to !
