Review of the quality of the book is horrible

I paid 13.69 for a book that was supposed to be in very good condition when I receive the book the book was in horrible condition. I would like my money back. The book even has an orange $.75 tag on the front that shows you right there that’s only worth $.75 and then you want to charge that much for it. All the pages are all folded the front and back of the book is very nasty. It definitely is not worth the amount that I paid.
