Great Vacation Reading!

Brenetta and Her Menagerie is the perfect book to take on vacation and read aloud to your kids! The story is charming, the illustrations captivating; a wonderful addition to any library.

Magical!

This wonderful tale of a magical island and its inhabitants is delightful. I have read it many times to my grandchildren and they enjoyed both the story and the beautiful illustrations by Mary McTaggart. They were particularly intrigued by the tales of Stefan and Stefanie. Brigitte has captured the beauty and uniqueness of this wonderful island in this book which is a great read for children as well as adults.

VERY ENTERTAINING!

As a school teacher, I find this book extremely entertaining. I use it for the read aloud time in my class and the kids love it. When I began to read it to my granddaughter, as a bedtime story and she didn't want me to stop. The book has a charming way of getting you involved with the animals' adventures. I fully recommend it for children of all ages.

Fun Story of small island life for young and old.

This is a delightful book of tales of life on a small island as seen through the eyes of the birds. It is beautifully illustrated and is a great read to me book for pre-schoolers and a wonderful I Can Read book for older kids. Adults will enjoy the stories as much as the kids.
