This is a great new manager's reference book!

This book and set of tools has been very helpful to me as a new manager. I find myself referring to the book often and I've used the cards to get my team involved.It worked! I've realized that breaking through isn't always a big idea. It's just trusting yourself enough to think it through and try something new.
