A Must Read!

This excellent book is right on target and changed how I approached working relationships. In the 1980's, I actually took a U.S. Government training course on this subject attended by both women and men and taught by Jinx Melia. She used this book as the basis of the week long training and the points that I learned really opened my eyes! Both men and women in the class expressed the same...that learning how the other gender thinks would also help them in their working relationships.
