Worth the read!

I think everyone has felt 'trapped' at any given time in their life. It could be because of a job, marriage, kids, etc. This book helps you to realize that you DO have choices and makes you think about the choices made in the past. But what you did is only 'Up til Now'. That phrase keeps popping up in the book and your brain finally says 'oh, I get it now'. It's a short book, which is another plus for busy people.
