He is listening, and He is waiting for you to speak, to ask for His help. He may not give the answers that you want, in the timeframe that you want them, but He does hear, and answer. He brings people in, and out, our lives according to his plan. In these pages are the emotional lessons that I've learned along the way.

This book was written during the beginning stages of my addiction recovery. This is me sharing what I learned while sitting in Sanctuaries, Christian recovery groups and times of fellowship with friends that I made along the way. It started off as a collection of writings, just for me to reference; but now it's a study guide to hopefully help you.
