Great series!

I now have 12 of the 17 books in the series and I love every one of them. I make bread almost every day and the pictures in this book helped me to understand what they wanted me to do in how to mix and knead the dough. Each recipe is 4 pages and on the last page there are ideas for other things you can make with that same recipe (adding some flavoring or some such). How can I really go wrong when I bake the bread and my boys (4, 7) ask me to make those breads more often?!
