Tasty Introduction

This beautiful book with striking photographs is a wonderful introduction to Brazilian foods for the uninitiated. Recipies are delicious, if simplified, versions of their mainland counterparts. But there are no dissappointments overall. Great gift for a friend, but perhaps not for your Brazilian in-law.
