Braided Spaces is a poetry collection by Jen Cheng with themes of immigrant displacement, critical race feminism, and the queer musings of a Chinese American eldest daughter. The author divides the book into sections representing the Five Elements of Feng Shui, to represent a new concept she created as "Feng Shui Poetry." Jen Cheng coins the new term "braided spaces" to represent a welcome space for intersectionality. This is the second edition with additional poems.
