Perfect Coffee Table Book

Though the line between wanting a son and wanting a lover might seem clearly defined from where you're sitting, Pamela Hanson's work with "Boys" bridges that gap and embarks on a fresh journey into man-ness. Pairing artist-selected images with handwritten accounts of the shoots and with quotes on -- what else? -- boys, this is perfectly adorable, rugged, and yes, sexy. Admittedly, I found the predecessor of Boys, Girls, just not anywhere near as endearing or -- oddly enough -- delicate. Still, Hanson's provocative imagery always stands as a great conversation piece which is, after all, what coffee table books are for... Highly recommended!
