Terrible B&W Thumbnail Photos!

Instructional books like this basically live and die on the strength of their photos and these are downright awful! Don't let the full page color cover fool you like it did me. The photos are all in Black & White and they're literally the size of a thumbnail sketch making them totally worthless. What was Hatmaker thinking when he approved these photos and this format? There are HUGE swatches of empty space which could have been used to insert larger photos so the reader could actually see what he's describing, but he fails to do so. Also, ALL of the photos are taken from above so you're looking Vertically DOWNWARD on the figures demonstrating the positions and strikes. Great if you're a low flying bird, useless if you're a boxer. Just one example: Page 59: Guess what the instructional text reads? Answer: "Duck"! That's the entire text information for the whole page! The book's a joke and goes into the garbage where it belongs.
